Russell Martin’s sacking has heaped pressure on Andrew Cavenagh to find a successful manager.

Martin’s sacking was always on the cards following Rangers’ dreadful start to the season on both domestic and European fronts.

Sean Dyche initially emerged as the potential frontrunner to fill the managerial vacancy, but now Chris Jack suggested Rangers won’t hire Dyche.
