Rangers’ problems appear to go from bad to worse each week as Russell Martin continues to find new lows.

Rangers lost 2-1 to Sturm Graz at the Merkur Arena on 2 October and made it back-to-back defeats in the Europa League.

The abysmal form on the continent has been paired with the Gers’ worst Scottish Premiership start in 47 years, and Martin’s position at Rangers is now untenable.

Rangers fans want Martin out of their club, that is clear, and the players turning on their new manager only feels inevitable.
