Neil Warnock has given Rangers advice on how to make the most of Bojan Miovski, urging the club to give the striker more playtime before the season ends.

The Macedonian has recently fallen to third choice behind Youssef Chermiti and Ryan Naderi.

However, with Naderi injured and Chermiti misfiring, veteran boss Warnock believes Miovski should be given a chance.

Having briefly worked with the 26-year-old during their stint at Aberdeen, Warnock considers him one of the best strikers he has encountered in his long career.

He said in an interview with the Daily Record: "If you give Bojan opportunities, he'll definitely take them.

"He can definitely finish.

"He has that instinct about him that all great strikers do.

"There are times when he goes missing in games.

"He loses concentration, and he isn't the best at holding it up.

"But don't think people should worry too much when it bounces off him a little bit."
