Leicester City season-ticket holders must renew their seat before knowing which division the club will compete in next term.

City season tickets for the 2026-27 campaign went on sale on Tuesday, with the club now announcing that the deadline for supporters to secure their seat is 5pm on Monday, April 20.

There will be three games left to play in the Championship on that date, and so City’s fate is very unlikely to be mathematically determined at that stage, as they would either need to be 10 points clear of the drop zone, or 10 points shy of safety.

When City announced their price freeze last week, no renewal deadline was mentioned, the club only confirming that supporters on the direct debit automatic renewal scheme would have until April 29 to opt out or make changes, with that date also before the season concludes.
