Danny Rohl will need reinforcements to help aid his quest to turn Rangers’ current season around.

Rangers prevailed in a 1-0 victory over Hibernian at Easter Road on Wednesday in what ended up being a solid defensive display.

Danilo netted Rangers’ only goal of the game, in a performance which could see him start more frequently for the Gers moving forward.

Rohl landed at Ibrox in the hope of saving the Gers’ season, and after Rangers’ 3-1 win over Kilmarnock and victory over Hibernian in the Scottish Premiership, that all seems possible.

The new Gers manager may now just need to make a few tweaks to guarantee lasting success.

Rohl is keen to exploit the financial crisis at his former club Sheffield Wednesday by signing striker Bailey Cadamarteri, according to Sports Boom on 29 October.

The report, which is also referenced in the Yorkshire Post, states that the new Gers boss has instructed the Rangers hierarchy to begin piecing together a proposed deal for one of “the Championship’s most exciting young talents.”
