Kevin Muscat has emerged as the new favourite to become the next permanent Rangers manager.

According to the latest betting odds, Muscat has surged to the top of the list in the past 24 hours to leapfrog Danny Rohl.

Former Sheffield Wednesday manager Rohl had been the frontrunner after Steven Gerrard pulled out of talks over a possible return to Ibrox.

However, Rohl has now drifted to 7/2 for the Rangers job, and is priced behind favourite Muscat and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer with BetMGM.
