Tottenham Hotspur resume their Premier League duties on Sunday afternoon when they travel to the Stadium of Light to face Sunderland.

During the March international break, Spurs sacked their beleaguered interim boss, Igor Tudor, and replaced him with Roberto de Zerbi. The club’s third head coach of the campaign, De Zerbi, has to hit the ground running in North London and turn their fortunes around. The Italian must secure as many victories as possible in the final seven games to help the Lilywhites avoid the drop.

Should Spurs lose, they could find themselves in the relegation zone for the first time this season if West Ham United beats Wolverhampton Wanderers on Friday evening. So, the clash against Sunderland comes at a crucial moment, giving Tottenham the chance to claim their first league win of 2026.

Tottenham will make the trip to Stadium of Light to face Sunderland on Sunday, 12 April 2026, with kick-off at 13:00 pm (UK time).
