The Premier League has confirmed the match officials for Sunday’s game against Tottenham Hotspur at the Stadium of Light. Rob Jones will officiate the match and will be assisted by Neil Davies and Nick Greenhalgh on the touchlines. Tom Bramall is the game’s fourth official.

From Stockley Park, James Bell will operate as the VAR and will be assisted by Nick Hopton in the technical area.

Jones brings an established pedigree to what promises to be a significant fixture for both sides. The Select Group official will oversee a match with considerable implications at both ends of the table, with Sunderland seeking back-to-back league victories whilst Spurs enter what represents Roberto De Zerbi‘s first competitive match in charge following his appointment earlier this week.
