Huddersfield Town defender Lasse Sorensen acknowledges that his side’s away form “hasn’t been good enough” this season.

The Terriers have struggled on their travels in League One this term, with Saturday’s 3-1 defeat at Plymouth Argyle their 12th loss in 20 away matches in the division.

Town have picked up 18 points from their fixtures on the road this season, with only six League One sides having registered fewer to date.

Their loss at Home Park on Saturday leaves them winless in five matches away from home, with just one point – at bottom-of-the-table Port Vale – taken from those games.

“Away from home we know it hasn’t been good enough, I don’t really think there’s any shying away from it, because that’s realistically what it is,” Sorensen acknowledged at a recent press conference.

“I think at home we’ve been really good, so probably take the positives – what are we doing at home? What can we do differently away from home? Sometimes it’s small details.
