The Union Bears have claimed that their planned Remembrance Day tifo has been denied access for the Scottish Premiership match against Dundee.

The Rangers fan group stated that they have been informed that the display will not be allowed into the stadium due to Dundee's rules prohibiting any tifo from away supporters.

The group criticised the "restrictive and outdated rules" as they revealed the tifo refusal in a statement on social media on Friday.

The Union Bears called on Dundee to "apply common sense" and reconsider the decision to allow a tifo tribute to "remember our fallen heroes."

A statement read: "This Sunday, the Union Bears have prepared a tifo to commemorate Remembrance Day and to honour those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country, as we proudly do every year.

"Unfortunately, we have been informed that Dundee FC will not permit the display of this tifo, citing a strict policy that prevents away supporters from displaying any form of tifo, regardless of its purpose.
