Thierry Henry insists Barcelona are not good enough in defence to win the Champions League this season.

Barca were forced to come from behind on three occasions to salvage a 3-3 draw against Club Brugge on Wednesday evening and the result has left the Catalan side 11th in the Champions League table and outside of an automatic place in the last-16 stage with four games remaining.

Speaking after the draw in Belgium, Barcelona head coach, Hansi Flick, was adamant that his side would not alter how they set up at the back.

‘Last season, we wouldn’t have conceded that first goal. We don’t have the same confidence when playing the offside trap. We won’t change our way of defending,’ Flick said.

‘In midfield, we didn’t press well, and it was difficult to defend against their players with pace. We need to analyse the draw and see where we can improve.’
