Aston Villa's defeat at Liverpool not only snapped a four game winning streak but came with the added cost of another injury.

Having come off the bench to replace Pau Torres, Tyrone Mings failed to last the full game and came off before the end making him a doubt for Thursday’s clash with Maccabi Tel Aviv and probably sereral more games.

There's more positive news on Emi Buendia, who missed the game at Anfield, and Unai Emery will be boosted by the availability of Harvey Elliott.

The attacking midfielder was ineligible to play against his parent club on Saturday evening.
