Alan Shearer was full of praise for one Tottenham Hotspur star who he thought was really impressive against Leeds United, and it’s clear Thomas Frank must use him more often.

Tottenham Hotspur defeated Leeds United 2-1 over the weekend in a win which sees them head into the international break sitting third in the Premier League.

Thomas Frank’s team produced an impressive win at Elland Road, with Mathys Tel and Mohammed Kudus getting themselves on the scoresheet in West Yorkshire.

Following the win, Shearer has raved about one Spurs star, who really should be getting more minutes and especially after showing signs of getting back to his best.

Alan Shearer has hailed the display of Destiny Udogie in Tottenham’s 2-1 win over Leeds, claiming that he was a real threat going forward.

The former Premier League striker thought that Spurs’ desire to get forward at pace was rather impressive, and the Italian defender played a key role in that.
