Few things sum up the cynicism of the current Celtic board more than the stunt they tried to pull this week with the release of the new Henrik Larsson clothing range.

It is hard to believe that they thought this was a good time to ask the fans to spend more money. It shows they are not only out of touch but arrogant and determined to milk every single penny they can from us whilst cash piles up in the bank.

Last week the Celtic fan podcast Celtic World Order produced one of the most astonishing videos I’ve watched in a long time.

Their team went around the exterior of Celtic Park pointing out all the areas where the club could spend money—not on big, swanky projects, but on basic improvements that would make the place look and feel better.

The outside of Celtic Park is a mess. So much has been left to deteriorate when it could be fixed up relatively cheaply. It’s not as if we don’t have the means.
