Braga midfielder Florian Grillitsch has admitted that they were left pleased by keeping Celtic fans quiet in their recent -2-0 win.

O Jogo cover comments from the midfielder today in which he discusses their 2-0 win over Celtic at Celtic Park this week.

They secured all three points away from home on matchday two of the Europa League, with goals from Ricardo Horta and Gabri Martinez securing the victory.

It was a deserved result for the Portuguese side, who had 13 shots compared to Celtic’s nine and six shots on target compared to the home side’s three.

Grillitsch was one of the changes that manager Carlos Vicens make for the game, which proved to be the right ones. They became the first Portuguese team to win at Celtic Park, ever.

The Austrian midfielder was a key part of that, putting in a strong performance ‘full of personality’ according to the newspaper. More importantly they, as a team, showed an improved display from the one which lost to Nacional in disappointing circumstances last weekend.

Grillitsch was certainly pleased, particularly with the manner in which they managed to keep Celtic’s fans quiet.
