Virgil van Dijk has issued a heartfelt tribute to "legends" Andy Robertson and Mohamed Salah after the pair confirmed they will leave Liverpool at the end of the season after nine years at the club.

Robertson announced on Thursday evening he would depart when his contract expires in the summer after Salah had revealed last month he has agreed with Liverpool to exit on a free transfer after this campaign.

The trio together won the Premier League twice, the Champions League, the FA Cup, the League Cup, the UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup, with Robertson and Van Dijk also starting the League Cup final win over Chelsea in 2024.

And Liverpool captain Van Dijk has taken to social media to offer both Robertson and Salah plaudits for their contribution at Anfield.
