Tottenham have been nothing short of awful for the majority of the ongoing 2025/26 season, and while the Lilywhites have already shuffled the head coaches twice in order to drag themselves out of the relegation battle, questions are being asked about the personnel beyond the man on the touchline.

And this is where you ideally start with the man who has been tasked with laying the groundwork for the structure and players beneath it all, as the ongoing season has come out in a way that leaves very few places for him to hide.

Johan Lange has been quite a key figure behind the scenes since arriving at Tottenham in November 2023. He has been doing his bits with transfer, strategy and long-term planning at N17. Tottenham have seen big-money signings consistently failing to deliver, and key exits have left gaps in the roster that were not quite filled despite the fans screaming for those signings day in and day out, and yet the decision-makers barely decide on cementing that crack.
