This weekend, without Luton Town in action, I will admit has been a struggle generating content, even more so with no transfer window being open.

I have searched high and low for something to provide you with a discussion point.

And I believe I have found something, unfortunately it involves something none of us would ever want to see happen.

Earlier this week, trying to appease the masses, Gary Sweet, when discussing the ongoing Power Court Development, Gary mentioned the words, planned debt, as reported in the news vehicle – The Lutonian

Now I will admit I am no financial expert, but whenever the word ‘debt’ is mentioned, especially when it comes to football clubs, it chills me to the bone, even more so when, over the course of the years, I recall our dalliances with that very word.

Which got me thinking, travelling down a very dark road, although I must stress there is no reason, currently, to suggest the debt cannot be sufficiently controlled, I could not help but wonder what would happen if it all went belly-up, if Luton Town Football Club were to cease trading.
