The KMI (Key Match Incident) panel has unanimously ruled in favour of Rangers regarding a key flashpoint involving themselves and Livingston last Sunday.

The incident happened in the match against Livingston on Sunday, when Rangers' player Mikey Moore was fouled on the edge of the box by Cammy Kerr.
