Rangers head coach Danny Rohl has praised defender Manny Fernandez’s recent success after representing Nigeria on the international stage for the first time.

The 24-year-old made an impressive debut for the Super Eagles in their match against Iran in Turkey last week, followed by a goal in his first starting appearance against Jordan.

Rohl highlighted the significant improvements Fernandez has made since signing with Rangers from Peterborough last summer.

The head coach discussed Fernandez's growth ahead of the Premiership match against Dundee United on Saturday.
