Rotherham United make the long trek to Devon on Saturday to take on Exeter City when Paul Howard from Greater London is in the middle.

Plying his trade in the National League in the 2018/19 season moving up to the Football League two years later, Operational Improvement Manager Paul also had the whistle for this fixture last season which saw the hosts win the game 1-0 which is the only other time he has refereed a Millers game. That day he booked Johnly Yfeko and Pedro Borges from City and Rotherham’s Sean Raggett.

In the 13 games he has been in the middle for this season Paul has shown 37 yellow cards.
