Vital Rotherham United’s Man of the Month for March is Ted Cann who got the majority of the votes over the month.

Goalkeeper Ted joined the Millers in June last year making his debut three months later away at Bolton in the Vertu Trophy. He played three more Trophy games before getting his chance in the first team in February away at Bradford City. The twenty-five year old has gone on to become the Millers ‘number one’ making another six league starts.

Strangely Ted was voted our Man of the Match in the five-nil drubbing at Peterborough – where, it’s felt, but for him the score could well have been in double figures.

The first game of March saw Mansfield Town at the New York Stadium where Dan Gore was voted Man of the Match in the goalless encounter followed by an away game at Huddersfield Town which saw the hosts get the only goal of the game and Liam Kelly get our vote. A two-two home draw...
