Rangers boss Danny Rohl is gearing up for ‘crunch time’ in the transfer market - and believes the club could land one more marquee signing before the window shuts.

The Ibrox club have already made a statement of intent with the loan signing of Wolfsburg and Denmark winger Andreas Skov Olsen.

They also recruited midfielder Tochi Chukwuani and left-back Tuur Rommens for a combined outlay of around £7million.

Rangers are understood to be in the market for at least two new players before the window closes in just under a fortnight.

And Rohl has hinted that one of those deals could be of a similar ilk to that which brought Skov Olsen to Ibrox.

Speaking ahead of Thursday’s Europa League clash with Ludogorets, Rohl said: ‘I’m knocking on the door of the recruitment team every day to ask if there’s something new.
