Jack Grealish has obviously been back to Villa Park before with Manchester City but this is still a big opportunity for him to shine. He let himself and the club down with his red card against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The laws say if it’s not a challenge, then it’s a red card, but he’s going up for a challenge and was in the air when it was happening. It’s yet another decision that has gone against us and we probably won’t see that again.

It’s not the first time that Grealish has been frustrated with referees. I think his head had gone after the Keane situation. Jack gets fouled quite a lot and when he does get one given, it sometimes comes across as being quite soft, given how clever he is at getting his body in front.
