Rangers’ unimpressive run in the Europa League continued on Thursday against AS Roma, with Danny Rohl unable to change things.

The Italian side picked up a 2-0 win at Ibrox and it could have been worse. Rangers showed signs of promise – especially in the second-half, but it wasn’t enough.

Gazzetta dello Sport have provided player ratings for the match. They have some praise for Mikey Moore, who joined Rangers on loan from Tottenham in the summer.

The youngster is rated at 6.5/10. Connor Barron gets 6.5, however, Moore is named ‘The Best’ player for Rohl’s side.

There’s criticism and 4.5/10 for Nasser Djiga, who is subsequently branded ‘The Worst’. Gazzetta don’t pull any punches, and state: ‘He has many problems, including passing the ball to his teammates.’

Criticism for the defender doesn’t end there. Corriere dello Sport also describe him as ‘The Worst’ player for Rangers.

Speaking about Djiga, they state: ‘Where he lives, it was Rome rush hour traffic. He fell asleep on the corner that gave the lead.’
