Liverpool are not wanting to risk losing any of their players for free in the future.

The Reds have had a terrible start to the season and things are certainly not as positive as they were this time last season.

Six losses from their last seven games has left a lot to be desired, with performances nowhere near the levels they need to be.

Despite the results, some players have been able to hold their heads up high so far, with their individual outings being rather impressive to say the least.

And for two of Liverpool’s best players so far this season, they could be rewarded with new deals very soon, with Fabrizio Romano confirming that the club are keen to open negotiations.
