Florian Wirtz is still yet to find his feet since moving for £116m.

The Reds have had a very disappointing start to the season for many, many reasons, but the biggest is probably because they have spent close to £450m and got worse.

Almost all of the new signings are yet to find their feet, with Wirtz being the one who is causing fans more concern than the others.

The German has shown flashes of brilliance but is yet to find any consistency, with the 22-year-old looking like a shadow of his former self.

Those back in his home country all seem to be backing him to get back to his best, though, with his international teammate Joshua Kimmich revealing that he has reached out to Wirtz amid his early struggles.
