Liverpool have suffered another defeat to Crystal Palace as pressure on Arne Slot starts to grow.

The Reds’ EFL Cup loss to Oliver Glanser’s side was another in a long run of defeats in all competitions, as the 3-0 loss saw their sixth defeat in seven games.

Slot is having to deal with an ever-growing list of issues, from injuries to defensive mishaps, as he struggles to wrap his head around how to solve any of the issues plaguing the side that he made Premier League champions last year.

There is a difficult list of fixtures ahead for his side, with Real Madrid and Manchester City upcoming, which seems to be one of the main reasons he decided to field a team made up of talent from the age of 22 and below.

In this team, there seem to be no signs that there will be many changes when it comes to fixing the issues that have taken hold, but they will need to be solved as soon as possible if Liverpool are to maintain a solid league position.
