Things are not going well for Liverpool, with the reigning Premier League champions losing four games in a row, the latest being a 2-1 defeat at Anfield against arch-rivals Manchester United. 

Despite spending almost half a billion in the summer, things have not clicked for the Reds, and the frustration is now starting to become evident in the body language of players.

One such moment of frustration was captured on camera during Liverpool’s recent training session ahead of the Champions League clash vs Frankfurt.

Vice-captain Andy Robertson had a visibly angry outburst during a training drill involving Cody Gakpo and Florian Wirtz.

The incident occurred during a quick-reaction sprinting drill designed to test the players’ speed and agility.

Robertson, Gakpo, and Wirtz were pitted against each other, tasked with racing to a finish line after collecting a ball on a coach’s instruction.

After what he believed was a winning effort, Robertson was reportedly told he had lost the race.

In a moment of raw, unfiltered frustration, Robertson had a X-rated outburst before throwing his training ball to the ground. Watch the incident here.
