Arsenal's Martin Odegaard is reportedly set to be sidelined until mid-November due to a knee injury he picked up during the Gunners' 2-0 victory over West Ham United.

The skipper sustained the injury at the beginning of the month, and while it was confirmed that he would miss the current international fixtures, no specific return date was given.

BBC Sport now reports that Odegaard is not expected to make his comeback until after the November international break, in a major Premier League title race twist with Liverpool now trailing Arsenal at the summit of the top flight.
