Manchester United have announced their pre-season fixtures as they seek to give the squad the best preparation ahead of the start of the 2026/27 season.

United are set to stay in Europe, with all fixtures being played in Finland, Norway, Sweden and Dublin, enabling the club to connect with more supporters across the continent.

The standout fixtures are meetings against UEFA Champions League holders Paris Saint-Germain and Spanish giants Atletico Madrid.

United will face Atletico in the Snapdragon Cup on August 1 in Stockholm, Sweden, before the meeting with PSG in Gothenburg seven days later.

The two fixtures could help United’s preparations for next season’s Champions League, with the club aiming to qualify for the competition.

Speaking about the schedule, Director of football Jason Wilcox told manutd.com:

“We’re delighted to be playing in some fantastic cities, against opponents who will provide a strong test for us.”

“We have the best fans in the world, and this schedule gives us a great opportunity to connect with our supporters across Europe. We’re really looking forward to getting out there and putting in the hard work ahead of a big season.”
