Tottenham Hotspur’s transfer activity over the past five seasons has seen them rank among the Premier League’s biggest spenders, despite their current struggles on the pitch.

Tottenham Hotspur will be desperate to stay in the Premier League this season if they are to embark on a rebuild next campaign.

Failure to avoid the drop to the Championship is sure to bring serious financial repercussions that will limit how much Tottenham can spend and the type of players they can attract.
