Christos Mandas has barely been given any opportunities across the season, and the goalkeeper’s situation at Bournemouth remains uncertain.

The Greek stop moved away from Lazio to seek more playing time after a frustrating first half of the campaign. He didn’t play even once in Serie A, despite having impressed under Marco Baroni in the 2024/25 season.

Bournemouth was initially seen as a positive step but things haven’t changed.

He has been on the bench eight times in a row, operating clearly as a back-up to Đorđe Petrović. 

Despite this, Lazio are hoping that he joins the Cherries permanently.
