Tuur Rommens is injured and is absent from the Rangers matchday squad for the game against Dundee United.

Danny Rohl’s side have the chance to go top of the Scottish Premiership table, provided they manage to pick up the three points at Ibrox.

The German will have to deal with the absence of his first-choice left-back, with Jayden Meghoma starting in his stead.

Rangers Review journalist Joshua Barrie took to X to state that Rommens’ injury is a big blow for the Gers, given his importance to the side.

It is understood that he will be out for a few weeks and will not be back before the split, as he has sustained a muscle injury.

The left-back joins Bailey Rice on the injury list.

Barrie believes that he has been the club’s best attacking outlet in recent weeks and his absence is going to be a potential issue.
