Tottenham Hotspur are one of three Premier League clubs considering moving for a forward who is turning a lot of heads with his performances in Germany this season.

Spurs felt Dominic Solanke’s absence during the striker’s long injury lay-off earlier this season, with Richarlison blowing hot and cold and Randal Kolo Muani failing to show a killer instinct in the final third.

With reports suggesting that Tottenham are ready to make some ambitious moves in the summer, one would expect a new number nine to arrive through the door.

A Bundesliga striker, who was linked with a move to Spurs last summer, could be back on the market, and the Lilywhites remain keen.

According to Fussball Daten, Spurs have already begun searching for a versatile striker in Harry Kane’s mould and have set their sights on Hoffenheim’s Fisnik Asllani.

Since returning from his impressive loan spell at Elversberg last season, the 23-year-old striker has flourished, having scored eight times and provided seven assists so far this term.
