Guglielmo Vicario has been the No.1 for Tottenham Hotspur since joining them from Italian club Empoli in the summer of 2023.

In more than two-and-a-half-years, Guglielmo Vicario has not been fully convincing at White Hart Lane. The 29-year-old’s tenure in North London has been riddled with inconsistency and high-profile mistakes, costing his team several points. Yet, that hasn’t stopped the Serie A clubs from tracking him.

Inter Milan have identified Vicario as a target for the summer. They view the Tottenham goalkeeper as a long-term successor for Yann Sommer, whose contract expires at the end of the season. The Nerazzurri are reportedly keen to sign the 29-year-old on a loan deal with an option or conditional obligation to buy.

However, Inter Milan aren’t the only Serie A club interested in signing Vicario. As per the latest reports, Juventus have installed Vicario as their No 1 goalkeeper target for the summer. The Turin giants have not been happy with Michele Di Gregorio’s displays in goal and want the Tottenham No.1 to replace him ahead of the 2026/27 season.
