Manchester United will not look to keep Jadon Sancho beyond this season. Sancho, 25, was loaned to Aston Villa last summer, where he has similarly failed to rediscover his finest form.

Along with Alejandro Garnacho and Marcus Rashford, Sancho was placed in the notorious 'Bomb Squad' during Ruben Amorim's tenure. Whilst United offloaded Garnacho to Chelsea, Rashford and Sancho were sent on loan to Barcelona and Villa respectively.

However, with Rashford thriving in La Liga numerous United officials are said to be lamenting Barcelona's option to secure him permanently for approximately £26million. Their view on Sancho couldn't be more different - they're eager to remove him and his substantial wages from the Old Trafford payroll.

Sancho was believed to be collecting roughly £200,000 per week following his £73million transfer from Borussia Dortmund in 2021. He has since been loaned back to the German club and to Chelsea, with the latter paying a £5m penalty...
