Galatasaray’s Roland Sallai has ended up on the radars of Liverpool, Sunderland and Brentford.

That’s what A Spor in Turkey are reporting and cover Liverpool, Sunderland and Brentford’s interest.

The right-back joined the Istanbul club from SC Freiburg in September 2024 and has been a regular for them. To put it in context, he’s played 64 matches, mainly as a right-back, at times as a left-back and also in a more attacking role.

Sallai has managed seven goals and seven assists, of which a goal and six assists are from this season. His performances caught Liverpool and Sunderland attention in the winter market.

Liverpool and Sunderland failed

Conor Bradley and Jeremie Frimpong picking up injuries in January forced the Reds to look for options.
