Ben Nelson captains a rotated Leicester City side with Victor Kristiansen making his first appearance since November as one of six changes for the FA Cup.

With neither City skipper Ricardo Pereira nor vice-captain Hamza Choudhury involved, Nelson takes the armband at Southampton.

He plays in a defence that includes a handful of changes, with Kristiansen in at left-back, his first outing since knee surgery.

On the other side, Bade Aluko starts at the ground where he received a red card earlier this season.

The centre-back pairing of Nelson and Caleb Okoli is retained with no Jamaal Lascelles in the squad, and they will play in front of Jakub Stolarczyk, who comes back into the team.

There’s one change in midfield, with Louis Page replacing Harry Winks. Oliver Skipp and Divine Mukasa keep their places, the latter benefitting from rule changes this season, meaning he’s not cup-tied despite featuring for Man City in the last round.
