One Tottenham Hotspur player still earned a place in the WhoScored team of the week despite Spurs’ Premier League defeat to West Ham United last weekend.

Tottenham Hotspur’s 2-1 defeat to 18th-placed West Ham United left a sour taste in the mouths of supporters, who were quick to voice their discontent with Thomas Frank following the loss.

Chants of ‘you’re getting sacked in the morning’ were sung at full-time as disgruntled Spurs fans made their frustrations clear after a disappointing London derby defeat.

However, Frank’s side did make some much-needed amends in midweek as they secured a 2-0 win over Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League, leaving the Dane close to securing a top-eight finish in his debut campaign in the competition, although fans still voted with their feet as disapproval lingered.
