Rangers ultras blasted the UK government's plans to roll out the Digital ID scheme in a scathing display at Ibrox.

The Union Bears unveiled a display against the scheme during the Europa League match between Rangers and Roma on Thursday night.

A three-line banner read: "No to Digital ID.

"No to police state Britain.

"Stop control."

The statement was made during the first half of the European contest at Ibrox.
