Richarlison did not enjoy a great night in Newcastle as the Tottenham Hotspur striker’s struggles continued in front of goal.

Richarlison made a great start to the season, however, his form over recent weeks has not been great and away at Newcastle, he was particularly poor.

But after 15 matches this campaign, the striker has just three goals and has now gone eight games without finding the back of the net.

Once again, he failed to end his goal drought, as Tottenham Hotspur exited the Carabao Cup, losing 2-0 away to Newcastle.

Ahead of the tie, Les Ferdinand was rather critical of Richarlison, and his worries about the striker were highlighted at St James’ Park.
