Liverpool's next five fixtures compared to Arsenal and Man City after huge blow

Liverpool's defence of their Premier League crown took another twist after they suffered a fourth straight Premier League defeat in a 3-2 loss to Brentford. The Reds remain four points off Arsenal and three away from Manchester City, with both title challengers in action on Sunday, looking to extend the gap to the champions.
Arne Slot's misery in the league was compounded by the Bees after goals from Dango Ouattara, Kevin Schade and Igor Thiago. Efforts from Milos Kerkez and Mohamed Salah offered resistance but Liverpool left themselves with too much of a mountain to climb on another bitterly disappointing afternoon in the capital.
Pressure is mounting on the Dutchman with the Reds failing to heed their incredible slump as problems continue to emerge and previous issues are yet to be addressed. As a result, the Gunners, Sunderland, City, Manchester United and Bournemouth all sit above the Premier League holders, who are sixth.
