Keith Andrews believes his Brentford side were rewarded for their fearlessness against Premier League champions Liverpool. The Bees consigned the Reds to a fourth successive top-flight defeat for the first time since February 2021 with a deserved 3-2 success at the Gtech Community Stadium on Saturday evening.

Dango Ouattara, Kevin Schade and an Igor Thiago penalty found the target for Brentford, with Liverpool responding with goals from Milos Kerkez and Mohamed Salah at the end of each half.

Brentford have now beaten the Reds and Manchester United at home while drawing with Chelsea.
