Newcastle United have admitted that fans are facing problems with their ticket system.

An official announcement (see below) stating that there are ‘intermittent issues’ with the club’s ticket forwarding system ahead of Saturday’s game against Fulham.

The club explaining what fans need to do if they are experiencing problems.

About time Newcastle United invested properly in sorting out the online ticketing.

For anybody who has any kind of regular interaction with the NUFC online ticketing, experiencing issues is all too common.

Newcastle United official announcement – 24 October 2025:

‘We’re currently experiencing intermittent issues with our ticket forwarding system ahead of tomorrow’s match against Fulham. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Season ticket holders can still forward tickets online, but please ensure:

‘Digital ticket’ is selected on the delivery details page

Do not select ‘Do not collect separately’

If you are a Season Ticket holder and unable to forward online, or if the recipient hasn’t received their digital tickets, please call the Box Office on 0344 372 1892 between 9am and 2pm tomorrow 25th October.

Ticket forwarding will close at 2pm.
