Manchester United is pleased to kick off its guest chef series with the UK’s youngest chef to earn two Michelin stars, Niall Keating.

Based at Tender, the acclaimed fine-dining restaurant within Manchester’s Stock Exchange Hotel, co-owned by Gary Neville, Keating looks forward to bringing a modern British approach to Old Trafford by curating menus, championing local produce and elevating the matchday experience.

Keating said: “Old Trafford is the world’s most iconic venue, and I’m honoured to play a part in reimagining its culinary experience. 

“My goal is to create something that feels authentic to Manchester — modern, bold and sustainable — while giving guests a dining experience that reflects the club’s world-class reputation.”

Keating will act as consultant chef to Manchester United at our home game against Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday 25 October, collaborating with in-house hospitality and culinary teams and celebrating creativity, excellence, and ambition.
