Leeds United chiefs will hold a full shareholders meeting on Friday ahead of the Premier League clash against struggling West Ham United.

The meeting, which will see representatives of club owners San Fransisco 49ers travel from the United States, will take place at Elland Road to discuss the club's financial situation. Leeds chairman Paraag Marathe will be there.

However, the club's celebrity investors Will Ferrell, Russell Crowe and Michael Phelps won't be in attendance.

Nevertheless, it will be the first time the club's major shareholders and investors have been together since last season. Those invited will be given a tour of the stadium and the Thorp Arch training facilities, before watching the game.

Subjects on the agenda are likely to include the progress of the team under Daniel Farke now they're back in the Premier League, what budget Farke will be given to spend on squad strengthening in the January transfer window and the proposed funding of ambitious plans to renovate Elland Road.
