Nathan Trott came through West Ham’s youth academy but never made a first-team appearance.

In 2024, he was sold to Copenhagen. In the first half of last season, he was a key player for them and was a regular between the sticks.

The second half of the season wasn’t as promising. He fell short of game time. This led to him being loaned to Cardiff City in the summer.

The West Ham graduate had some difficult times at Copenhagen. In a chat with TipsBladet, he said he still has no regrets about the move.

He told the outlet: No, not at all. I’m glad I went there. It’s the biggest club in Scandinavia, and I’m glad for the relationships I’ve built with my teammates, because they’ve helped me through the difficult periods of the season.”

Trott insists he has a lot of good memories from last season, even if it things went wrong.
