The number of arrests made at the Rangers v Dundee United clash has been revealed.

The two sides met at Ibrox Stadium on Saturday, with the match ending in 2-2 draw.

Police Scotland has now confirmed that two men were arrested.

Cops said they arrested an 18-year-old for street drinking, and another man has been charged in connection with a police assault.

A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A proportionate policing plan was in place to maintain public safety and minimise disruption ahead of the fixture at Ibrox on Saturday, October 18, 2025.

“An 18-year-old man was arrested for street drinking, and another man was charged in connection with a police assault.

"A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
