The international break always brings fresh worries over potential injuries for clubs - and managers - and it's no different at Tottenham Hotspur.

The midfielder made his return to action for Mali in their World Cup Qualifier on Sunday night. However, his match ended early when he suffered the injury.

Bissouma showed he was in a lot of pain - and he was eventually stretchered off the pitch. It comes after he made a return from a knee injury.
